Upon successful completion, you will gain the industry recognised GUEST Unit 17 Foundation Leadership and the Unit 22 Advanced leadership qualifications

We also give you your 4 hr Mental Health England “Awareness” Course for free and you will become part of the incredible leadership alumni programme at TCA.

The course will also provide you with a solid set of core skills which are transferable into any land-based role outside of yachting.
