Heads of Department and Senior Leaders have a very important role to play, not only in managing people and operations day-to-day, but also in recruiting for and building their teams. These modules will explore some of the key principles and procedures for effective people management, implementing effective HR and other policies to establish clear career paths and promote a positive working environment.

Course Format

 

The two modules are delivered over two weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 7pm
