Every HOD needs to be able to access specific tools on a daily basis in order to navigate and lead through the tricky world of managing teams on board.

This transformational HOD program provides all the knowledge and tools needed to navigate yachting. It brings together a diverse portfolio of participants, including those at HOD, management level or equivalent, who all share a common interest in operating in and around the HOD leadership level in the maritime sector.

 

The course is open to all HOD’s including Officers, Pursers, Chief Stewardesses, Chief Engineers, Bosuns and DPA’s.

It covers 10 key subjects to support your career learning, delivered in 2 to 3 lectures per week over a 6-week period with our Flexi Virtual Learning Environment cohort.

Course Format

  • Delivered over a 6-week duration 3 times per annum

  • Between 2 & 3 Live lectures per week

  • Standalone Lecture duration between 2-4 hr. subject dependent.

  • 17hr GMT Start time of each lecture

  • Access to our suite of 12 keynote speeches

  • 30 hrs. of live teaching over 6 weeks

  • 20 hrs. of VLE study over an unlimited period & permanent access

  • Rolling intakes allowing you to remain in the program over an unlimited duration
