Hannah is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor with Mental Health First Aid England and a Suicide First Aid Associate Tutor for the National Centre for Suicide Prevention and Training. Her focus is on creating a kinder and happier world where people are equipped with the skills to recognise the signs associated with mental ill health and suicidal crisis, and the skills to support people effectively.
After a successful decade long yachting career on busy motor yachts, I moved ashore to enjoy a land-based life and am now able to share my industry knowledge and passion with others who are still working within the yachting industry. I have been teaching the TCA Purser Course for the past 2 years.

Karl’s expansive Royal Naval career saw him advance from junior rank to senior officer whilst leading teams and organisations operationally in global maritime and aviation settings. He established the Royal Naval Leadership Academy and more recently he has been a Programme Director for senior executive leadership development. Karl is a PGCE qualified teacher, has a Master’s Degree in Leadership, and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
Paul joins the industry following an accomplished career in the UK MoD. Paul, born and raised in the port town of South Shields, brings a wealth of experience in leading teams in the intelligence space, with a key focus on human intelligence & suitability profiling - able to understand human behaviours, motivations & vulnerabilities and give insight into what it means to the customer. It is with this background he is able to cultivate lasting relationships between client & candidate to deliver your recruitment needs.
Rolf served for 16 years as a Royal Marine; 10 years of which was spent as a Commando with the final 6 years of his career in a discreet intelligence collection role, specialising in leveraging the human element. Rolf’s experience in exploiting the human element of terrorist organisations is now used to benefit the private sector in a defensive capacity where he assists clients in ensuring security measures aren’t compromised by the actions or behaviour of their users.
As an experienced Head of Training in the 3rd sector and former Royal Naval commissioned officer, Tracey specialises in maximising people performance and operational capability in the maritime environment. Tracey also leads on Mental Fitness, Resilience and D&I training for the Royal Naval Reserve Unit; Commando Helicopter Force. She is a Registered Social Worker, holds a Leadership and Management (Health and Social Care) degree, and is a qualified Higher Education teacher.
